Emotional awareness is our inner compass, navigating the gap between action and reaction by understanding the connection between thoughts and sensations. Using tools like non-violent communication, self-inquiry and meditation we start to break free from patterns and traumas, choosing beneficial responses over reflexive ones.

Tantra

LOVE & PRESENCE

The ancient wisdom of Tantra teaches us that it is not about 'what we do', but 'how we do it' that brings us either Suffering or Liberation. Whatever we bring Love and Presence into can bring us a greater sense of well-being, making anything in life a meditation. Find the rare joy, often forgotten since childhood, of being celebrated simply for existing.

Somatic Practices

BODY & MIND

Somatic Therapy is a holistic approach bringing awareness to the connection of Body and Mind. Practices may include movement, breathwork, body-mapping or sensory engagement and can be done at home or enriched by adventures in nature. This therapy works to soothe the nervous system and release stress, tension, and anxiety from the body.

Individual coaching helps you to learn about yourself and your nervous system. We work through attachment styles, behavioral, communicational, thought and relational patterns.

Relationship coaching

Relationship coaching helps people to communicate their feelings and needs to each other without fear of being criticized or attacked. The aim is to create more safety and relaxation by bringing understanding of your individual nervous systems into the conversation between partners, family members, lovers or friends.
